Steve Colladay, President
 Rev. Steve Colladay has been the Senior Minister at Unity Church of Christianity of Dallas since November, 2005. Ordained as a Unity minister in 1992, Rev. Steve has been a speaker, consultant and/or workshop presenter for 27 Unity ministries in 15 states. He has served as a member of Unity’s Western Regional Board of Trustees, and served on the Board the Southeast Region, Vice-President of Unity Texas sub-region (currently), and as President of the Unity Ministers of the Mid-Atlantic States.

Rev. Paul John Roach, Vice President & Youth Education Liason
 Paul John Roach is a native of Wales, UK. A graduate of Jesus College, Oxford University, he has BA and MA degrees in English and a postgraduate degree in Education. Paul has been the minister at Unity Church of Fort Worth since 1988 after ordination from Unity Ministerial School in Kansas City, Missouri. Rev. Roach is currently the senior minister at Unity Church of Fort Worth.

Donna Little, Recording Secretary
Ordained in 2004, Rev Donna Little is the founding minister of Unity Center of Light in McKinney, TX. Rev. Donna has always been a student of Truth. Actively involved in Unity Churches for the nearly twenty years, she has served as volunteer, Chaplain, teacher and Board Member in Dallas, TX and in St. Louis and Lee's Summit, Missouri. Her previous careers include Friend, Wife and Mother, Math Teacher, Counselor, and Manager at AT&T Communications. She brings 22 years of valuable business knowledge to the spiritual experience.

Barry Vennard, Corresponding Secretary
 Rev. Barry Vennard is currently the senior minister of the Unity Church of Omaha. Barry has served the Association as Spiritual Leader and founder of the Unity Church of Ames, in Ames, Iowa where he entered the Field Licensing Program. Barry completed the program while serving the Unity Church of the Triangle in Raleigh, NC. Soon after that Barry became a Transitional Ministry Specialist and Certified Peace Worker. In that capacity he served Unity churches in San Antonio, TX, Tulsa, OK, Gaithersburg, MD, Coeur d’Alene, ID, Windsor, Ca. He is the author of the book Stepping Through the Narrow Gate, Personal Transformation Through Evolutionary Spirituality.

Donna Loflin, Licensed Teacher Representative
 Donna completed the Licensed Unity Teacher certification in 2005. Since September of 2008 she has been employed by Unity Church of the Hills in Austin, TX as Assistant to the Minister. In this capacity she oversees the Prayer Chaplain Program, Spiritual Education and Enrichment and adult Sunday school classes, the women’s ministry, and mentors students on the Licensed Unity Teacher path. She also enjoys officiating at weddings. Donna received a BA Degree in Social Science and a Masters Degree in Human Services. She spent over 25 years in non-profit geriatric community based care programs. She and Chere Pinkston, our Alternate Rep look forward to connecting with as many LUTs as possible in order to facilitate common goals.

Chere’ Pinkston, Alternate Licensed Unity Teacher Representative
 Unity has been a big part of my life for over 20 years. When I retired from public education after 31 years and a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University and two Master’s degrees from the University of Houston in Clear Lake Texas, I decided to continue my education at Unity Village. I completed CEP classes in 2001 and received certification as a Licensed Unity Teacher in January, 2003. I have served as the Spiritual Leader at the Unity Churches in New Braunfels, Texas and Nacogdoches, Texas. I have taught many SEE classes with the help of the staff at Unity School. I am currently serving the church in Wimberley, Texas, teaching classes.

Rev. McAndrew now serves as the minister of Unity Church of Oklahoma City. He was graduated from Unity’s Ministerial School in 1997 where he received the James Dillet Freeman award as the ministerial student who best exemplified Unity Ministerial Consciousness. He has served on the Licensing and Ordination Committee for the past 7 years and is now a sub-team chair. He also has served the Field Licensing Committee for eight years and is mentor of two candidates. He attended Unity Executive Institute in 2002. Rev. McAndrew holds a BA degree in Psychology and Business Management from James Madison University and has 21 years of managerial experience, 11 years in restaurants and 10 years in the transportation industry.
Reverend Patricia Bass
 Reverend Patricia Bass is Senior Minister of Unity Church of Overland Park in Overland Park , Kansas and previously served as Senior Associate Minister at Unity Church of Christianity in Houston . She holds an Masters Degree in Organizational Communication and Bachelors Degrees in Journalism and Speech Communication. Her first career was in banking, where she served as Senior Vice President for one of the largest financial institutions in Texas . She is a member of the advisory council for the Association for Global New Thought and formerly served on the Prosperity Team and the Healing Initiative Design Team for Unity Worldwide Ministries.
