Rev. Paul John Roach, President
Paul John Roach is a native of Wales, UK. A graduate of Jesus College, Oxford University, he has BA and MA degrees in English and a postgraduate degree in Education from the University of Wales. Paul has been the minister at Unity Church of Fort Worth since 1988 after ordination from Unity Ministerial School in Kansas City, Missouri.
Paul has traveled extensively throughout the world including extended stays in India and Nepal. His interests include writing, poetry, ecology, bicycling, walking, hiking, and gardening.
Paul believes that joy, laughter, and gratitude are essential qualities on the spiritual path. Paul hosts a weekly radio show entitled World Spirituality on the Unity.fm internet radio network. He has written a number of booklets on practical spirituality as well as Morning Stars Singing, a selection of his poems. He is currently writing a book on the subject of unity in world religions.
Paul was married to Davis Hoffman-Roach from 1978 until her death in 2003. They have one daughter, Miriam. Paul married Wendy Vann in 2006. She is a builder, artist, and sailor, and active in service to the local community.

Rev. Patrick McAndrew, Vice President and Youth Liason
Rev. McAndrew now serves as the minister of Unity Church of Oklahoma City. He was graduated from Unity’s Ministerial School in 1997 where he received the James Dillet Freeman award as the ministerial student who best exemplified Unity Ministerial Consciousness. He has served on the Licensing and Ordination Committee for the past 7 years and is now a sub-team chair. He also has served the Field Licensing Committee for eight years and is mentor of two candidates. He attended Unity Executive Institute in 2002. Rev. McAndrew holds a BA degree in Psychology and Business Management from James Madison University and has 21 years of managerial experience, 11 years in restaurants and 10 years in the transportation industry.

Rev. Patricia Bass, Treasurer and Scholarships
Rev. Patricia Bass is Senior Minister of Unity Church of Overland Park in Overland Park , Kansas and previously served as Senior Associate Minister at Unity Church of Christianity in Houston . She holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Communication and Bachelors Degrees in Journalism and Speech Communication. Her first career was in banking, where she served as Senior Vice President for one of the largest financial institutions in Texas . She is a member of the advisory council for the Association for Global New Thought and formerly served on the Prosperity Team and the Healing Initiative Design Team for Unity Worldwide Ministries.

Rev. Joy Walker, Recording Secretary
Rev. Joy Walker is an ordained Unity Minister, a Licensed Unity Teacher and a 25-year student of Unity. She currently serves as minister of Unity Church of Shreveport, Shreveport, Louisiana. Joy has a master's degree in business education and a master's degree in business administration. She is a certified chemical dependency counselor and serves part-time as Chaplain for the State of Louisiana. Before coming to Unity, Joy served in many elected national and international positions in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) for the United States and Canada. Joy is well-rounded and skilled in all aspects of business administration. She serves as a development officer for two colleges and was central to annual fund drives and budgeting. Joy's outstanding leadership skills, couples vision with action.

Rev. Steve Colladay, Correspondence Secretary and Expansion Liason
Rev. Steve Colladay has been the Senior Minister at Unity Church of Christianity of Dallas since November, 2005. Ordained as a Unity minister in 1992, Rev. Steve has been a speaker, consultant and/or workshop presenter for 27 Unity ministries in 15 states. He has served as a member of Unity’s Western Regional Board of Trustees, and served on the Board the Southeast Region, Vice-President of Unity Texas sub-region (currently), and as President of the Unity Ministers of the Mid-Atlantic States.

Rev. Jude Campbell, Conference Liason
Rev. Jude Campbell is serving as co-minister with her husband Ross at Unity Spiritual Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico since March of 2005. She was ordained as an Interfaith Minister through One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in 2003, and completed her Licensed Unity Teacher certification in 2004. Jude is currently in Unity’s Field Licensing Program and expects to be licensed in 2012 and ordained in 2013. Prior to ministry Jude worked as a school bus driver and as a free-lance court reporter. She currently is serving as a volunteer on the New Mexico Child Abuse and Neglect Citizen Review Board.

Carol Schultz, Licensed Unity Teacher Representative
Carol M. Schultz, M.S.W, Ph.D., L.U.T. was a founding member in 1980 of Unity Center of Columbia, MO. She became a Licensed Unity Teacher in 1998 and has served in diverse leadership roles at this Center. Roles have included Prayer Chaplain (2003-present), Prayer Chaplain Coordinator (2004-2009), Director of Adult Education (2009-2010) and since 2010 as Connections Minister. Becoming more involved in our regional and national Unity movement emerged as part of her vision of a “retirement career” after a career in Social Work, Gerontology, and Research. She was elected to Unity Worldwide’s Leadership Recruitment and Development Team (LRDT) in 2008 and completes her second term in 2012.

Belinda Lightheart, Alternate Licensed Unity Teacher Representative
Belinda Lightheart is a Licensed Unity Teacher serving at Unity Center, A Church of Positive Prayer in Austin, TX. After working for 34 years in the Federal Government, she chose an early retirement. Her decision to volunteer with Lovelight and assist Robin Goff both in South Africa and by fund raising here in the United States came on the heels of her retirement. Her passion is to empower the people of Riviersonderend, South Africa to create sustainability in their lives. She believes that she is part of a consciousness much greater than herself and that treating all of creation as sacred is an honor and privilege. Seeing the opportunity to serve on the Board of USCR is her way of walking the path of those who have gone before ever mindful of the greater good of all concerned.
Rev. Brendalyn Batchelor - Regional Representative
Rev. Brendalyn Batchelor, M.A., LPC, has served as Senior Minister of Unity Santa Fe, New Mexico since December 1994. She was ordained in February 2000 through the Field Licensing Program. She has a master’s degree in Counseling from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor’s in General Studies from Chaminade University of Honolulu. Prior to ministry, Brendalyn worked as an Employee Assistance Counselor, Health Case Manager, and Employee Relations Specialist at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. She has extensive federal service human resources and related investigative experience which uniquely qualified her to serve for 7 years as the Chair of the Credentialed Leader/Ministry Review Team for Unity Worldwide Ministries.

Rev. Scott Schell, Bookkeeper
Rev. Scott Schell is the minister of Columbine Spiritual Center in Boulder, Colorado. Scott was ordained in 1994 but his history with Unity began in 1968 when his family started attending Unity of Des Moines. Scott is a CPA and has worked in both accounting and management positions. Scott has been involved with the finances of our region for the last 14 years serving first as treasurer and now as bookkeeper.
